Villa Anse Fauverelle is a waterfront villa in Mahébourg, the Southeast of Mauritius. This spacious villa of 360m²  has five ensuit bedrooms that can comfortably accomodate up to ten people in its 3,600m² estate. 

Located in the Petit Belair area, villa Anse Fauverelle is ideal for those who want to be close to the city and its traditional markets while enjoying tranquility and beautiful nature, such as magnificent sea views of the Lion Mountain and lushious gardens at home. With its spacious interior and large, well-kept garden with a beautiful private swimming pool, this villa is ideal for groups of friends or family reunions. 

In its interior spaces, the villa is fully equipped and tastefuly decorated with a kitchen , living room with impressive natural stone walls, a beautiful veranda with plenty of sofas, two double ensuite bedrooms and one ensuite bedroom with two single beds. Next to the main villa, there is a tower where two double ensuite bedrooms are, each with their own seperate entrance. All five of the bedrooms at Villa Anse Fauverelle have an ensuit bathroom with a shower, striking views overlooking the sea, as well as an A/C and fan to guarantee your comfort. 

In its exterior spaces, Villa Anse Fauverelle features a heavenly private pool that can be protected for young children, a lushious and well-maintained garden with incredible sea views and lawn leading down to the ocean, as well as a Weber barbecue. There are also loung chairs and umbrellas around the pool area for those wanting to relax or tan under the Mauritian sun. There are two canoes available for your use, providing the perfect opportunity for an adventure paddling up the River des Créoles or River la Chaux

Villa Anse Fauverelle is staffed with a cook who can prepare you lunch and either lunch or dinner, as well as a housekeeper. The villa also has a 20km generator and osmosis filter to guarantee high quality hot and cold water. 

Ideally situated, this villa is in a peaceful environment in the north of Mahébourg, yet there are several things for you to explore nearby. You can visit the Naval Museum in Mahébourg, go to "La pointe des régates" for a magnificent view of the bay of Vieux Grand Port and the islands, discover the charming town of Mahébourg and more. Further south from your villa, you can visit the splendid beach of Blue Bay and Pointe d'Esny. For those who enjoy hiking, 4km north of villa Anse Fauverelle you will find the Ferney Valley - a natural reserve with breathtaking scenery that is perfect for treks.
